We collect only what we need to run the app:

• Account information — the email address and display name you provide.
• Learning data — your progress, completed lessons, quiz results, streaks, XP, certificates, and preferences.
• Code you submit — Python you run in the in-app playground.
• AI tutor conversations — messages you send to the PyMasterAI tutor.
• Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription (via our payment processor).
• Basic device & usage information — used to operate and improve the app.

2.How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize your learning experience.
• Track your progress, streaks, and achievements.
• Power the PyMasterAI tutor and code feedback.
• Process and manage your subscription.
• Send you notifications you have opted into (e.g., study reminders, hackathon updates).
• Respond to your support requests and reports.

3.The AI Tutor

When you use the PyMasterAI tutor, the messages you send are processed by our server, which forwards them to our AI model provider (Groq) to generate a response. AI responses are passed through automated safety moderation, and you can report any response you find inappropriate using the in-app "Report" button. We review reports and act on them.

4.Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We use trusted third-party providers (see below) and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

9.Tracking & Selling of Data

PyMaster does not use third-party tracking, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell your personal data. The email and name linked to your account are used solely to operate the app's functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
